The end result is two-fold… a stronger, more strategically–aligned portfolio, and a gap analysis revealing important missing pieces in the portfolio.
We work with your leaders to guide and assist them in setting up a Corporate Venturing practice in your organization. We begin by helping them to understand how this fits with the organization's long term growth strategy by permitting it to tap into emerging new approaches that may be foreign to how it otherwise addresses its markets, but which may in time become the prevailing new business model for any one of those markets. We then assist your leaders in setting up an investment program for investing in new business ventures whose aims strategically align with those of the organization.
