FOUR EASY STEPS BEGIN YOUR ASSESSMENT

Engaging us for Assessments is a straightforward process.   There are four simple steps.

STEP 1  —  CONTACT US

You can do this in any one of several ways… call us, email us, or leave us a message on our Contact Page.

We welcome all new and returning clients.

STEP 2  —  NEEDS EXPLORATION

We will arrange a discussion with you so that we can explore your specific needs and desires around assessment in full detail – including any desire for formal accreditation or endorsement.   We will then discuss the ways in which Legacy Innovation Group can address those needs and desires, including the expected outcomes of the assessment process.   Two primary points of concern that we typically cover are:

• Client Profile  —  Everything you can share with us (that is relevant) about your organization and its Corporate Innovation Program and Innovation Assets.


• Project Profile  —  Specific details of the engagement, including any unique challenges that have to be addressed, and the specific outcomes that need to happen.

All information discussed is held in full confidence.   If desired, we can execute our standard Non–Disclosure Agreement with you, or your organization's equivalent NDA.

STEP 3  —  ENGAGEMENT PROPOSAL

Following our Needs Exploration, we'll provide you with a formal Proposal detailing all of the work that is to be undertaken, how it will be so done, its intended outcomes, its expected duration, its associated costs, and any other pertinent details.

Once you've had an opportunity to review the Proposal, we'll arrange for a follow–on discussion to review the Proposal together and answer any questions you might have.   As needed, we can refine the Proposal thereafter and repeat this process until all parties are in full agreement.

STEP 4  —  ACCEPTANCE

Once our Proposal meets your satisfaction, you would simply then indicate your acceptance of the Proposal by signing and returning its Agreement Page.   From there we will arrange the necessary logistics to begin our work together.

RETAINER OPTION

If you are not entirely certain of your needs upfront, and simply wish to retain us on an ongoing basis (such as, for example, for executive coaching), we can arrange for that as well.   We would simply schedule our times together and then work on an open–retainer basis from there.
